C4's own team includes former members of the corporate world, previous collegiate athletes and high school and junior high coaches, and several teachers who have a strong understanding of human development and personal growth. The goal of C4 is a change in character and commitment to personal and team goals. This occurs when C4 staff is able to learn about the specific needs of your group through a pre-trip interview process and a customized schedule for your program. Additionally, your group will receive follow up materials at the conclusion of your program that includes follow-up questions and resources for you to reinforce the concepts you have learned.
