The owners of the Character Challenge Adventure Park (Sarah and Trav) have both been inspired by the lives of their dads (Don & John). Don Guida was an entrepreneur, builder, visionary and a legacy of creative genius. John's successes included corporate America and Eagle Beach resort, a sanctuary for families. He was known as a connector, inspiration, entrepreneur and loving father and friend.

The term "DOJO" is often used in martial arts as a place of learning. More specifically, when translated into its original form, DOJO means "The place of the WAY". We honor our dads with this name and hope that it provides a refuge and retreat for families, teams, friends, and many other types of groups.
