9th Grade Excellence Challenge

"The Excellence Challenge" provides quality team building for schools

What: Team building school assemblies from Character Challenge brings energy, enthusiasm, and creativity to your school or at a location of your choice to facilitate powerful activities for each grade level. More than a "motivational speaker" in Minnesota, this curriculum is custom-tailored to the specific needs of your students, staff, and objectives. The Excellence Challenge is a powerful team building event designed to improve students' study habits, interpersonal relationships, and choices. The program consists of interactive large group team building, powerful debriefing, break out sessions, personal stories from our team, as well as an end of the day opportunity that allows students to share their reflections and heart with classmates. This character events is facilitated in 1/2 day (3 hours, $1,000) or full day (5.5 hours, $1,500 plus mileage) increments. For smaller groups, contact us and we can help find other schools to help off-set costs.

Why: The Excellence Challenge will help to build positive school culture for incoming freshmen. It utilizes student leaders from 11th-12th grade to enhance relationships within the school. When the culture and community of a school improve, data suggests students have a better attitude, improve attendance, and have less off-task behaviors. This event is a highly interactive team building activity for schools in Minnesota, North Dakota and beyond. The Excellence Program is a great way to kick-off the school year or wrap up in the spring. If your school seeks a motivational speaker for your next school retreat, the Excellence Challenge will provide that and a whole lot more.
