Participant Information
Deposit: Upon making your reservation we require a nonrefundable deposit of 25% of the total cost. This will reserve your desired time and schedule the necessary staff. This deposit is transferrable if you reschedule your reservation within 14 days of your original date, provided that the course and staff are available.
The following are our policies regarding your deposit.
- Deposit can be paid by cash, check or credit card and are required at the time of reservation.
- You are responsible to provide us with a final participant count at least one week prior to your event.
- If your group arrives with fewer people than your final count, you will be charged for the reserved number of people.
- If your group arrives with more people than your final count, you will be charged for the total number of participants.
- If a group schedules within one week of the activity, the numbers are final. You will be charged for the reserved number plus any extra you bring.

Directions! We are located at 13218 County Road 40, Park Rapids MN 56470. Once in Park Rapids, travel north 7 miles. Turn right on County Road 40. The course is 1 mile on the left.

Time! Please be here on time. Our staff members are scheduled only for the time you are. If you are late, we cannot extend your time. If you are over 20 minutes late, you may need to reschedule your reservation.
