Without question, the 3G Swing (Giant Swing) is the biggest thrill at the course. Picture jumping out of a tree from 30'. Although always safe, this event is sure to take your breath away. Pushed to the limit both physically and mentally, the Character Challenge Course, located in Park Rapids Minnesota, constantly gets its visitors to exceed expectations.

Aimed at getting people to reach for their goals and to look outside the box, course director Travis and his wife Sarah really hit their mark. Their course while a spectacle in its own right with a Giant Swing, a 370 foot zipine and obstacles towering over 35 feet, are just one of a few intriguing facets of the facility. Travis is in fact an attraction too.

His activities were structured in ways that really helped us team build from the very beginning of our day to the very end. My 9-person group's first obstacle was on the low ropes course. The activity was more than just juggling through physical challenges, but also set at finding cohesive formulas for our group's goals. The end result was humorous to say the least while also helping us narrow our gap of understanding with each other. While we knew of each other, we had yet to understand many of our strengths and weaknesses. Yet, through his programming, we definitely got a more reflective assessment of ourselves and of each other.

The whole setting was very unique and extremely welcoming. We didn't just get geared up and run through the course, but instead came away with so much more.
